Amazing what a bit of paint can do. For this Miami apartment design project we couldn't replace the existing finishes so we had to rely solely on cosmetic changes. BUT the difference is pretty fantastic. A sophisticated version of nautical is created with classic navy and modern accessories and art:

Wow! A little paint really does go a long way in this bathroom. I can't believe how some simple changes transformed this boring bathroom. Oh, I only wish I could paint my apartment!

Oh this is just what I needed to see. We have oak cabinets in our kitchen and though I'd love to rip the butt-ugly things out or paint them, that just isn't going to happen. I want to try painting the walls first with a color that will go well with them...hoping for a light shade of gray...
This transformation is lovely and proves that such a small change can make such a huge difference!
